Sometimes, 2XL might get a little confused, and that’s okay. It will ask you questions to understand better, so always be ready to help 2XL learn.

Also, ambient environment noise can cause words to be cut off while you speak to 2XL. Consider finding a quiter space. You can also change to “Push-to-Talk” in the app to minimize the noise 2XL will pick up automatically. The “Push-to-Talk” option can be directly selected from the App.

Try a different location. It is possible other signals are interfering with the Bluetooth modem causing it to disconnect.
