1.1 This rule is related to the acquisition and use of Mego2 APP formulated by Grit Technology. This rule applies to all software and services provided by Grit Technology that require registration or use of Mego2 APP.

1.2 When you use Grit Technology's software and services through Mego2 APP, you must abide by this agreement.

 

Access to Mego2 APP

2.1 You can obtain Mego2 APP for free in the following ways, including but not limited to:
Apple store or Android APP publishing platform;
Participate in activities carried out or authorized by Grit Technology;
Other methods authorized by Grit Technology.

3.2 After you complete the application registration process, you will obtain the right to use the Mego2 APP software in accordance with Grit Technology's user agreement.

3.3 No matter how you obtain Mego2 APP, you are bound by this agreement.

User Identity Information Verification

3.1 When you apply for the Mego2 APP, you need to fill in some necessary information. Please keep this information up to date so that Grit Technology can provide you with help or provide you with better services. If there are special regulations in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in the true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the service or may be restricted during use.

3.2 Grit Technology is committed to the protection of personal information with users, and protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of Grit Technology. Without your consent, Grit Technology will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Grit Technology, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Use of Mego2 APP

4 You can log in and use various software and services provided by Grit Technology with the Mego2 APP in accordance with Grit Technology's user agreement.

 

Security of Mego2 APP

5.1 The APP password is set by you. You should keep your Mego2 APP and password properly.

 

5.2 Grit Technology and you are jointly responsible for maintaining the security of the Mego2 APP. Grit Technology will take and continuously update technical measures to protect the security of your Mego2 APP on the server side.

Retrieve Mego2 APP account password

If your Mego2 APP is stolen, your password is forgotten, or you cannot log in normally due to other reasons, you can retrieve your password in accordance with Grit Technology's password retrieval method.

User Code of Conduct

7.1 You must not maliciously register Mego2 APP. Grit Technology can independently judge and deal with malicious registration.

7.2 The right to use the Mego2 APP only belongs to the initial registrant.

7.3 If the Mego2 APP you are currently using is not the one you initially applied to register or obtained through other channels provided by Grit Technology, but you know the current password of the Mego2 APP, you must not use that number to log in or perform any operations, and please You notify Grit Technology or the initial registrant of the account at the first time.

User remarks norms
Do not use Mego2 APP to endanger national security, reveal state secrets, not infringe on the lawful rights and interests of national social collectives and citizens, and do not use this site to produce, copy and disseminate the following information:

8.1 Inciting resistance or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;

8.2 Inciting to subvert state power and overthrow the socialist system;

8.3 Inciting to split the country and undermining national unity;

8.4 Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

8.5 Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, disturbing social order;

8.6 Propagating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, abetting crime;

8.7 Openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or carrying out other malicious attacks;

8.8 Damage to the credibility of state agencies;

8.9 Other violations of the Constitution and laws and administrative regulations;

If you violate relevant national laws and regulations, Mego2 APP is not responsible, and your login information is undoubtedly recorded. When necessary, we will provide such information to relevant national administrative departments.

Responsibility

9.1 You understand and agree that, as the initial registrant and user of the Mego2 APP user, you shall bear all the responsibilities arising from all activities under this number.

9.2 If your Mego2 APP account is stolen due to Grit Technology, Grit Technology will bear corresponding liabilities in accordance with the law. Grit Technology does not assume any responsibility if it is not caused by Grit Technology.

9.3 Grit Technology restricts, freezes, or terminates your Mego2 APP user account in accordance with the user agreement, which may cause you a certain loss. The loss is borne by you, and Grit Technology does not assume any responsibility.

Restrictions, freezing or termination of Mego2 APP use

10.1 If you violate laws and regulations, Grit Technology's service agreements or user agreements, Grit Technology has the right to make independent judgments and restrict, freeze or terminate your use of Mego2 APP account at any time, and decide whether to resume use according to the actual situation.

10.2 If Grit Technology finds that you are not the initial registrant of the number, Grit Technology reserves the right to terminate your use of the number without notice.

10.3 In order to make full use of Mego2 APP account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time after registering for Mego2 APP, or use Mego2 APP account without logging in for a long time, Grit Technology has the right to terminate the use of the number.

10.4 Grit Technology restricts, freezes or terminates your use of Mego2 APP in accordance with these rules or relevant laws and regulations, and the losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, user information, email and other related data, etc.) Etc.), at your own expense.

Others

12.1 When you apply for or use Mego2 APP, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by these rules. Grit Technology reserves the right to modify the terms of this rule when necessary. You can check the latest version of this rule on the relevant page of Grit Technology. After the terms of these rules are changed, if you continue to use the Mego2 APP, you are deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should stop using the Mego2 APP.

12.2 If the above content conflicts with these rules, this agreement shall prevail. Your acceptance of any of the aforementioned user agreements or agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.
