2-XL Toy Robot Consumer Warranty**

Warranty Coverage:**

Mego Corp (“Manufacturer”) provides this limited consumer warranty (“Warranty”) for the 2-XL Toy Robot (“Product”). The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser (“Consumer”).

What is Covered:**

The Warranty covers defects arising from normal use of the Product and includes:

1. Malfunctions or failures of the 2-XL Toy Robot hardware components.

2. Any manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the Product.

What is Not Covered:**

The Warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair attempts.

3. Damage caused by non-compliance with the product instructions and guidelines.

4. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or liquids.

5. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

6. Compatibility issues with specific phone or tablet devices.

Obtaining Warranty Service:**

1. In the event of a covered defect, Consumer must contact the Manufacturer’s Customer Support within the Warranty period.

2. The Consumer may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

3. Manufacturer’s Customer Support will provide instructions for returning or servicing the Product.

Warranty Remedies:**

1. Manufacturer will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or components.

2. If the Product is replaced, the Warranty coverage for the replacement Product will extend for the remaining duration of the original Warranty.

Limitation of Liability:**

1. Manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

2. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions:**

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer for the 2-XL Toy Robot. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

State Law Rights:**

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
